Things to choose from.....

My "menu" of lovely cakey things to order changes seasonally and is growing as people ask me for things. I'll keep you updated on the blog and on facebook with new additions and changes.  I do believe in using seasonal, local produce as far as is possible.  And, I always use free range eggs - no compromise there.

Here are some of the things I do.  The list is not exhaustive, so please do contact me if you fancy something and you don't see it here.  For cake, I will go to extreme lengths!!

Should say that I do special diets baking too so if you follow a gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan diet or whatever. Let me know!  There is always a way to make sure you can eat something sweet (or savoury), tasty and made especially for you!  Let me know what you'd like and we can sort something out from there.


Cupcakes

Choose from 6 cupcakes @ £6.50 or 12 cupcakes @ £12.50  (all cupcakes must be the same flavour).  All cupcakes come with either cream cheese frosting or buttercream frosting, depending on the cake chosen.  They are fully decorated and can be sparkly and glittery if you ask me for that!

As well as the traditional sized cupcake, I do fairy cakes - perfect for a child's party and baby cakes - perfect for a finger buffet or afternoon tea or if you just want to be a little different! Let me know if you'd prefer this option!

The above flavours can also be done in a "proper" cake if you'd prefer the more traditional option.  I do an 8" double layer cake as standard but, if you want something different, again, let me know.


Bakes

Sometimes, you just don't fancy cake but need a sweet treat that is a little different!  Here's just a wee taster to get your tummy rumbling!

Shortbread - melts in the mouth    £6.00 for 12 bits (big ones!  nothing skimpy here!)
Brownies - gooey& moreish             £12.50 for 12 large bits (and I do mean large!)
Flapjacks- choc full o'goodness   £10.00 for 16 bits (not tiny wee squares honest!)
Caramel Shortie - mmmm....              £14.50 for 16 bits (again, they aren't teeny!)
Chocolate Tiffin - chocolatey          £10.00 for 16 bits (still not teeny!)
